Over the past year at Seedcamp, one of the most recurring questions that came to me from our founders, was what should we be paying ourselves?
There are a few models out there, but struggled to find anything reliable, that was based on peer data, rather than a complicated set of algebra. As a consequence, we ran a survey on our portfolio with the purpose to provide a clear set of results, based on peer data, absent of bias, for free.
